My geyser brand is Aol
smith jaguar.I raised request 15667960 for service with Ao smith.one guy came and checked my geyser.he was also not experienced and he donot know to open geyser box.After lots of effort he opens geyser and told PCB board is not working.he told that in 1 week, Pcb board will be replaced and charge in 400 rs.Again I raised request 15730577 after 1 week.Next day I got call that pcb is not available with company.i am asking company as geyser is 6 year old .In 6 year, you are telling that parts are not available and you are telling that we give 7 warranty on Tank .That means for warranty period also you cannot give service.kindly look into matter ASAP.Ao smith are comparative so kindly look into marrer ph [protected]

Wall mounted closet seat damaged from fitting part. Plastic bush broken from ceramic part.

Purchased Gyser 15 ltrs in the month of july'21 and there ia a complain lodge on 3rd Jan'2022 with complain no.00007881 with H27 security code.
machanic visited my home on 8th Jan'2022 and told that the product was defective it will replace by new one.

but till date no information.

as the winter season is almost on top peak and after that there is no use on gyser

The 4 way divertor is not fitted properly the shower button problem.Gap between wall Tyles and divertor plate.

The flushing system in pot from inner surrounding. Might be flushing valve is not working properly. Previously we faced in one bathroom and two more is having the same problem

Installed geyser 3 numbers are under warranty and unoperational.

I have purchased a new white coloured wash basin from Jaguar on December 2019 as part of my home renovation. I still cannot believe that within one year of time there appeared a hair line crack on the wash basin. The crack is pretty much noticeable and big in size. To my surprise, I don’t know how can this happen to such a reputed company’s product. I am really disappointed with this product. I need a resolution for this asap without...
