Two toilet seat cover broken

We bought jaguar wall mounted closet 2 years ago at PSS Sankaran Pillai and co in Tirunelveli. Recently we found that one closet and health hose is leaking and water is draining from our tank. I request you to take immediate action regarding our complaint.

Two way tap is loose and cannot use it further. please help in resolving this issue....

Dealer asking for advance before changing the part. It has been a long time and complaint not resolved....

The tank not yet started to use.But till date the same problem was attended by your service personnel s 3 times. Still the same problem repeats. So it's very pathetic and not expected situation from a so called reputed company like Jaguar. Hence take any immediate steps to resolve the issue permanently....

I am complaining from last 20 days about my shower which i bought like a year ago for 35000 ruppee and when am calling customer care they saying we cant provide service at your location if you can provide service why you have showroom here even i told that i will pay transportaion charges to person who will come...

Tape water came very slow & one damage tape...

The product is tap with shower.there 3 taps there is a common taps which water come through taps and shower and the other two taps which maintains hot and cold. The real problem is the water is coming automatically without the other two taps. it didn't stopped. we somehow stopped by the common tap.this common is the only that is working and maintaining the water flow.

We have purchased some sanitary equipment's from Jaguar authorized dealers .After completing 2 year o[censored]se all the product including taps, water closest and wash basin are discolored

My geyser brand is Aol
smith jaguar.I raised request 15667960 for service with Ao smith.one guy came and checked my geyser.he was also not experienced and he donot know to open geyser box.After lots of effort he opens geyser and told PCB board is not working.he told that in 1 week, Pcb board will be replaced and charge in 400 rs.Again I raised request 15730577 after 1 week.Next day I got call that pcb is not available with company.i...

Wall mounted closet seat damaged from fitting part. Plastic bush broken from ceramic part....

Tap was installed just 6 months ago...its already loose...

Purchased Gyser 15 ltrs in the month of july'21 and there ia a complain lodge on 3rd Jan'2022 with complain no.00007881 with H27 security code.
machanic visited my home on 8th Jan'2022 and told that the product was defective it will replace by new one.

but till date no information.

as the winter season is almost on top peak and after that there is no use on gyser...

The 4 way divertor is not fitted properly the shower button problem.Gap between wall Tyles and divertor plate....
