        We bought jaguar wall mounted closet 2 years ago at PSS Sankaran Pillai and co in Tirunelveli. Recently we found that one closet and health hose is leaking and water is draining from our tank. I request you to take immediate action regarding our complaint.

              The tank not yet started to use.But till date the same problem was attended by your service personnel s 3 times. Still the same problem repeats. So it's very pathetic and not expected situation from a so called reputed company like Jaguar. Hence take any immediate steps to resolve the issue permanently.

                I am complaining from last 20 days about my shower which i bought like a year ago for 35000 ruppee and when am calling customer care they saying we cant provide service at your location if you can provide service why you have showroom here even i told that i will pay transportaion charges to person who will come

                    SIR,
                    The product is tap with shower.there 3 taps there is a common taps which water come through taps and shower and the other two taps which maintains hot and cold. The real problem is the water is coming automatically without the other two taps. it didn't stopped. we somehow stopped by the common tap.this common is the only that is working and maintaining the water flow.
                    We have complaint about one of your product which is not working and we call through customer care and a service executor have reached our house and he said "He will search the parts of the product and will return in two days."After two days we tried to call him many times but he didn't answer the call.
                    We believe in your product quality and services when it become complaint we understand that the quality and believe you is not keeping well.so it dissappointed us. So we are requesting to service or return this product.

                        My geyser brand is Aol
                        smith jaguar.I raised request 15667960 for service with Ao smith.one guy came and checked my geyser.he was also not experienced and he donot know to open geyser box.After lots of effort he opens geyser and told PCB board is not working.he told that in 1 week, Pcb board will be replaced and charge in 400 rs.Again I raised request 15730577 after 1 week.Next day I got call that pcb is not available with company.i am asking company as geyser is 6 year old .In 6 year, you are telling that parts are not available and you are telling that we give 7 warranty on Tank .That means for warranty period also you cannot give service.kindly look into matter ASAP.Ao smith are comparative so kindly look into marrer ph [protected]

                                        Purchased Gyser 15 ltrs in the month of july'21 and there ia a complain lodge on 3rd Jan'2022 with complain no.00007881 with H27 security code.
                                        machanic visited my home on 8th Jan'2022 and told that the product was defective it will replace by new one.

                                        but till date no information.

                                        as the winter season is almost on top peak and after that there is no use on gyser
