Dear Sir,

We are using Jaquar faucets at home. Within a month of fixing it, the faucets started coming to pieces. We had compalined about it and a sevice person visited us. He found the problem a bit serious and came back after a week with a senior official of Jaquar. They inspected the Faucets and said that they would come back with the necessary spare parts and repair it.
Since nobody turned up for these last 6 months, I again registered a complaint (TT[protected] on Oct 12-2011. But so long I have not received any response.
Please help.

    we are having a jaquar bath fitting.our push wall is not working ,so we are in a big problem . i am trying to call the jaquar company many times as the number provided,but there was no response from there side ..nobody is picking up the call.

    I have a bidet, in which water has been leaking continuously. This fact was brought to the notice of sales person and was rectified temporarily.
    This problem has been coming up again and again.
    When permanent solution can not be guaranted for ARCHITECT'S RESIDENCE, how can we recommend your name to the customers ?????

        Dear Sir,

        I have already lodged the complaint two times on phone numbers given by the dealer.regarding the improper working of the taps.Once the person had contacted on phone and committed to attend the complaint.However till date no body has attended the complaint.I have no alternative but to lodge the complaint with you.I have already given my address and phone no while registering the complaint on your toll free numbers. You can check the same from the data available with your service department working on the telephone complaints. However I am giving herewith my address and mobile no below.
        I request you to look in to the matter and ask your service department to clear the fault.The ordinary plumber cannot repair the fittings of your company therefore the customer has no choice but to approach to you only.

        I have booked SNR-CHR-51001 SQ Sensotronic Faucet on 25/06/2014, at your dealer MAHAL MARKETING Ernakulam. Cochin-682011.
        Even after a fortnight they are telling this item is out of stock in your depot for along time. All my sanitory fittings are of Jaguar and hence I am waiting for the same.

            Dear all,

            I have constructed a new house just 5 months back. I have used Jaguar fittings but I am very much unhappy with the service of the company. There are very small fittings that are not working well eg. the hand faucet of my parent's room. We at home call your officials every day and maximum times they do not pick up phones and when we call them from a different no. then they will pick up and then start giving reasons and promise that they will send the technician the next day and then again 2 to three days pass and the story is repeated all over again.
            We feel cheated as when they give us time we wait for them at home and our work also suffers.
            If such is the case then I would like to throw away all Jaguar fittings and the go for a different company but it is impossible as they are very very expensive. Now tell us what to do? Is the court of law our last resort?

              I had raised a compliant with Jaquar starting last december on a Bathroom fitting (Tap - to be precise) because it has been only 6 months since i bought it back then and water started leaking from the tap. After i rasied the complaint they reverted back after couple of days. The first plumber who came home was unable to fix the tap and left. He also changed another tap in my house (which was working well earlier) and now that starts leaking water as well when closed. I raise a request with then the 2nd time and they call me up in the noon (naturally i am at work then). I asked them to fix an appointment for later that day or the next and they never call back later. I am surprised how they guys close the case from their end even without checking with the customer if the work is complete or if they are satisfied with the work.

              This is the sadest service I ever experienced from a bathroom dealer. I later purchased similar bathroom fitting from other brands and they give me really good service. Right on time and they get the job completed. I definitely will inform all my friends to beware of purchasing any product from Jaquar. More than the product, i think its their poor way of treating their customers when it comes to servicing.

                      We had purchased various faucets for our bathroom vide Inv No. 133 dt. 24.09.2010 from Luxmi Hardware & Sanitary Store Nangloi (Ph.:[protected]. 1 Botton Spout is broken from nipple and No nipples are available from any of your auth. dealer stocks and they say you lodge a complaint. The person sent on 08.09.10 (Pintu) was untrained and a novice and he also did not even have nipple for Opel Button Spout. We find that there is a mfg. defect in the nipple so It broke. Anyway see our complaint no. 27164 which is still pending as we are not at all satisfied with your technician visit. He did not do anything. Pl. read comments on the service card and send some sr. person for fixing nipple and tell us if it is chargeable or free of cost. we are thinking to go to Pitampura Consumer court for this inaction and lapse of service on the part of Jaquar, as the same is under warranty.

                        We have purchased new house and all the fitting provided by the builder is Jaguar, most of the flats which have occupied and come to stay have got the jaguar taps problems I have not yet gone to stay but my tap has been leaking for 3 months now and I have given complains the jaguar rep came and said part is to be replaced inside the tap.

                        Note the fitting has 7 year warranty service, if this is the case then the tap should have 90days replacement (DOA) policy, it seems there is supply of faluty taps or quality control is missing as about all the flats have given complaint about the jaguar.

                        What can be done about the company which has 99 percent of taps faulty with high price tag for the same.

                        My Kitchen Sink tape had been loose and comes out. It was attended by your technician but now tape is again loose and fitting has been curved,

                        i procured some jaguar fitting from M/S prince sanitation, 58/1, nirmal chandra Street, kolkata-12 on 01.08.11. Jaguar has given 10 years warranty for its product. on the fitting the kitchen sink tap, within a week the front cover of the knob came out. The dealer assured that Jaguar attends the complaint within 24 hrs. I lodged complaint on iteractive voice mode (complaint No: 11017949 dt 17.08.11) and thereafter online complaint No TT[protected] dated 18.08.11. More that 3 days has passed nobody has visited my premise or respond on the above complaint.
                        This is a hardship to the consumer and I felt it should be brougth to the consumer forum for necessary action.

                        I had placed N order for a shower enclosure, by paying an advance of Rs. 10, 000/- to the dealer on 0.01.2013. I was told that the enclosure would be set up on the 22 nd day, not a day later or earlier. On the 12 th of July I Recieved a call saying that they didn't know the specifications so were unable to process the order. The technician came and took the order again. I was informed that now they would put it up after 22 days again. I had already lost 12 days. I presumed that now the enclosure would be set up on the 2 nd of August. I sent several emails to the dealer, the company, however nobody had the decency to reply to my mail. I finally Recieved the packaged box on 7 th Aug late at night. Today morning 9th Aug the technicians come to set up my bathroom to find out that the dealer had sent only half the required stuff. So now I am waiting with crossed fingers hoping that they will be kind enough to put up my shower enclosure any time soon !!!

                          I have purchased jaguar bathroom fittings for my entire house 10 months back. The flush valves became jammed amnd I registered a complaint through the voice recording. When I called after 48 hrs I was told the complaint was not registered. Again Igot the complaint registered manually. When I called the customer service aftr 24 hrs she gave ma a tel No of a plumber. When I contacted him he told me that he is not covering my area and gave me another tel No.When I contacted te No. hre informd that he would try to come. Even after 4 days the complaint is still not attended. When you have a centralised complaint centre is it the responsibility of the customer to chase your plumbers. My experiance is that your after sales service is very poor and need to improve a lot. Next time when i require a bathroom fitting I will have to think twice before opting for Jaguar.

                          Jaguar — Flash malfunctioning

                          Brought a new Jaquar flash but now malfuntioning. Purchased from SHAHDOL M.P.

                          Jaguar flush fittings — Flush fittings

                          We have got three flush fittings in the bathrooms in April 2010. Out of these two fittings have been making noises after the flush is used. It appears that valve in the fitting starts vibrating and we have to close water supply to cut off the noise.
                          I fully agree that the complaints registered on the voice recording are not attended even in 15 days time. I registered a complaint No.10002635 on 4th April, but it mis still not attended. I received an SMS from JAGUAR on the 5th April that the complaint wilol ve rectified. Alas no further response. In kerala we have sources to register our comkpaints like, Consumer Court etc. But relying on the name of JAGUAR we wait.
                          I totally agree with the very poor after sales service by jaguar, i bought jauguar even though the dealer cautioned about the poor services and now i am repenting. Repeated registering of complaints or calling up executives has gone in vain. Please let know how to fine a case in the consumer court.

                          I agree. I also observed that plumber attending after continuous chasing repairs only one fault. For other faults we should register another complaint and he will come next time. The plumber refuses to tell his name also. As per him if we are interested he will repair otherwise he will go back. Very insulting and discourteous behaviour. This occured on 29th July 2010 in Kolkata.

                          I made a complaint on a non-functional faucet in the kitchen sink. The persons (Two) came and while removing the faucet they broke the nipple connecting the faucet to the incoming line, with half of it in the faucet and the other in the incoming line. All their efforts to remove it failed and they took it with them promising to return it the following day after attending it in their facility. It happened on the 16th Jul 2010 and till date (2 Aug 2010) no one turned up. This is the type of customer (after sales) service being provided by Jaguar. During their visit I reported about a health faucet holder that was broke and they promptly replaced it with a bill for Rs. 440/- !! Efficiency, promptness, care for the customer and honesty seem to be lacking in the entire way of Jaguar's care for the customer. The technicians seem to be novices and not trained in the trade.

                          I too had the same Complaint with Jaguar. In hyderabad the receptionist will take the call and when I told that I have a damaged part in the bath ware that need to be fixed and it is in the warantee period, she just redirects to auto complaint registration. I thought that beeing a big company which charges so much for the customer on its products and advertises so much for the brand value, it will take some action immediately or atleast call back to let me know when the plumber will come. But none happened even after 15 days.
                          I agree..I have raised a complaint through automatic complaint system. After a few days I have got a message that my complaint has been attended but nobody has shown up.

                          please DONT BUY JAGUAR PRODUCTS

                          I am also a victim of the poor service quality of jaguar. I fixed one jaguar one flush valve and it is often getting jammed and leaking very often. Three times their technicians came for repair each time after chasing them for 15 days. Unfortunately, they could not solve the problem. Now for the last two months I am not able to use this valve. (Now I have to spent another 10, 000 to fix another flush)

                          It is my humble request to all readers--"Please don't by flush valves by jaguar". (I was also warned by many during my purchase, but I didn't listen at that time. But now I repent)

                          There is no facility for online complaint registering and follow up with jaguar. It is really pathetic. Please think thrice before buying any Jaguar product.
                          I also have the same problem. I had registered a complaint through ur cc no. [protected] on 17th July 2013 complaint no. Is 309682 todays dt.5th August 2013 still today nobody neither contact me nor sort out my problem. I also recomplaint in customer care on 23.7.2013 and 31.7.2013 I have spoken with Mr. Manoj Kumar the telly caller he speak with very harsh not given me proper guidence and he did not allow me to talk to his senior. This is worst worst worst service of Jaguar.

                          Jaguar — Bathroom divertor not working

                          Dear Sir, The plumber who was given contract for fitting of jaquar fitting has run away with the guarantee card and on trying to lodge a complain we are told that we are not registered. Kindly help us to get the diverter repaired. it is useless for us.
                          My washroom is fitted with your Flash Valve. Since installation it is giving frequent problem.I lodged complaint by e-mail but unfortunately you did not bother to respond to my complaint.

                          FLV 1089 is malfunctioning. I have 3 sets at home each has different issues. Raised complaint at their website.Shame on the product design and testing team.
                          My building has jaguar fittings, metropole concealed flush valve is stuck, i am calling for service no one is turning up . poor product, heavy price, very poor service.
                          My flush is unable to work properly plz come and replace it. At Wakad, Pune.
