I have purchased a new white coloured wash basin from Jaguar on December 2019 as part of my home renovation. I still cannot believe that within one year of time there appeared a hair line crack on the wash basin. The crack is pretty much noticeable and big in size. To my surprise, I don’t know how can this happen to such a reputed company’s product. I am really disappointed with this product. I need a resolution for this asap without any delay.

Tried calling their toll free number several times, but not getting connected. Can only hear a beep tone once dialled and called to that number.

Updated by Nikhilanair It has been several days that I have raised this complaint to Jaguar on one of their products that I own. It is about one month now, but I haven’t heard back anything from the other end. Even though I have received an automated mail saying a representative will contact me in regards to this complaint, I haven’t seen anyone contacting me till date. It’s been about one month now without any update on a complaint raised. I expect some more responsibility and value from such a reputed firm like Jaguar towards the customers.
