I bought 3 shower panels for my house last year. I lodged a complaint with jaguar customer care on october 12, 2018 stating that in 2 of the panels the pressure of water has dropped from the cold water side.
The technician came on 14oct 2018 just to tell me after inspection that he is not the concerned expert and some one else will visit. Till oct 20, 2018 nobody came and when i relodged my complaint with the customer care some technician visited today and left the panel in a much worse shape telling me that he can’t reassemble it back. Now he has rendered my bathroom unusable.
Is this the kind of service we expect when we buy premium products like jaguar

I need to get my tap spindle changed and shower mixer repairs.

My kitchen tap has leakage from head and also the tap holder is loose from the center bolt where spindle is fixed.

I get this check from local plumber but they dont provide service on guaranteed product.

And based on the local distributiorb i booked complaint through call ceneter ref no is 00933499.

I have purchased jaguar plumbing solutions 4 years ago. In every few months, taps are getting leaked.
This time 4 Tapes are leaked in my bathroom fittings, out of which 2 spindles are rotating 360 degrees.
This is my 5th complaint in this year. and a total of 9 complaints are registered by customer care.
Everytime the serviceman comes, he has an excuse that material is out of stock.
This time I registered a complaint on 23 August 2018 and Still I didn't get any solution.
Either resolve this issue or I have to appeal in Consumer Forum.

I am lokendra sharma from bhopal. I purchased house from builder and got assurance on quality of bathroom fittings as they informed that it is having 10 years warranty for any issues. After 4 years itself around 4 taps and 1 mixer chrome got faded and the same i escalated to jaguar team 2 times but still no reply received on mail and one person mr. Neeraj visited from jaguar and assured that it will be resolved but after 20 days of followup i came to know that it will not be replaced and he told you can file complaint. I am really surpised by jaguar bhopal city team. I request you to kindly look into this matter and guide me whether i have to lodge compaints in consumer court also.. Photographs attached for reference for this worst brand quality.

I, sk-riazuddin from orissa, dist. Bhadrak i take one jaguar one piece commod. Which top site cover is not working properly so it's very difficult to sit on it. It is not working properly. So we canot use the commod. Every time commod is in open condition so there may be s chances of bacteriain side it. Abd it isnot looking good in open cover commod so ' please take sudden action toward this matter and visit as early possible to resolved this issue and check proper fitting of cover for safety propose and to avoid re occurring of this cover problem for which i will be thanks ful to you

Hi,
I bought jaguar closet worth of 14k few weeks back for my under construction house but at that time we just received the items but we just opened the box and verified the item is delivered correctly but yesterday we installed and when we removed the sticker and found that damage was covered with sticker, generally sticker will be placed in the middle of the product but in my case they just placed in the edge to cover both side to hide the damaged, when i called the agencies they are saying they delivered and its my responsible to remove the sticker and checked the product is ok.in reality no one remove the sticker to check the product is ok. I have planning for my house warming function by this week end but this incident putting me in trouble, i thought jaguar is best company but now this incident is giving bad impression with jaguar product.

I hope you can arrange replacement immediately

I got my jaguar fittings 4-5 months back as i heard a lot about the brand but one of the spout has black marks on it from the time of installation itself for which icomplained on your toll free no. 2 to 3 times every time the surveyor comes he ensures me to resolve my issue but till now all in vein as it beared no results. Hence it's my last and final mail to u to change it and resolve my issue as earliest as possible otherwise i will be compelled to take legal action in the matter.

Sir my client had purchased jaguar sink tap from retailer Kurikkal pipelines, Manjeri. Which having warranty of 10years when it become complaint, we registered on toll free no and mentioned it. Service team of jaguar from Linus India from uphill reached and said that they need to bring apart to service and left, till today no contact.
Next I had contacted again customer care and registered complaint refer no 00062988, the service team came and they gone without servicing telling that they need a part which is there at kuttipuram and they gone till today no trace. This is last refer no
00093326.
I want to tell the authority please take action with the servicing people who making fool of customers and damaging the reputation of a company. How can I refer your company who doing such activity. Hope it will be fixed soon.

We bought a number of sanitary articles from your authorized distributor aqua studio, homeland, kolkata in the first week of november 2018. When my plumber tried to fit the cisterns he found out that 2 of the inner mechanisms (Siphon) of the cistern are not working.
The local customer care was contacted and he collected the defective articles within few days.
One and half months has passed since then but the parts are yet to be repaired or replaced.
We are not being able to the toilets as yet.
We are astonished to see the poor service of a reputed company like yours.
We get much better response and prompt service when bought from any other sanitaryware company or supplier.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.

All washroom fittings have lost their chrome polish and have developed a green/brown spots on them. Some products had to be replaced in order to keep the house going.
We have always used the company recommended water scale cleaner - gltiz (Purchased from the retailer)

I am really disappointed in the products purchased from jaguar. Waste of money and a lot inconvenience. The toll-free number on the website isn't reachable. Have dropped a query on the website and haven't received any reply.

Last week i bought new geyser 40 ltrs. I installed all new connecting pipes and knobs. Still there was no force in water. Service person said it is all ok. Water will be this much only. Senior came n suggested to change the pipes and knob. Did all these. Still same problem exists. I m not getting warm water and they don't have any solution. Please help.

Defective geyser purchased from dealer in march 2017.
Complaint via company toll free phone many times. Repair technicians would come, inform me the nature of the problem, screw the defective parts back on and leave... This has been done for 3 consecutive complaints.
The geyser is still not working and jaguar doesn't seem to display any intentions of solving this issue.

The water is leaking from the flush tank so pls do needful so send a technician to check the flush tank button regards by harish mutha

We built a hotel named d's casa (Castle) mcleodganj in himachal pradesh of 13 rooms with more than 18 bathrooms & toilets in the hotel.
All the accessories are fitted of jaguar. After the six months of running the hotel, most of the washbasins start to going cracking from the center. We inform to local dealer named saraswati enterprises about this. They said that we can't do anything, you must contact directly to the company. We also call and mail to the company, but they didn't gave any response. After many call & mail they send their representative to see the matter. He said that he will assuredly put the matter of cracked washbasins in front of their higher authority and will mail us whatever the decision will be. A long time passed, but they didn't mail us about their decision.
We, through this account want to tell the consumer who want to purchase bath fittings from this cheating jaguar company.
They sell duplicate fittings with jaguar mark. Avoid to purchase from them
They did not sell good products as well as service.

My bathroom tap is destroyed i don't know how. I can explain about my tap is that there are 2 taps the left one is for cold water and the right one is for hot water and the handle where we hold the tap and open that part of tap is totally destoyed and i face so many problems in this heavy winter
So that a humble request from my side that tou can fix my problem as soon as possible

I have purchased epo jaquar health faucet on 30-aug-2017. The very next day there was leak coming out from the outlet without the pressing, so i have registered a complaint to toll free no., the technician came the very next day his name is sandeep as told don't know whether its real one. He done something & goes, then afterwards we are observing leak from head mount of the fitting.

I feel really fed up the service the co. Is providing, this is pure cheating.
I was using jaquar for past 10 yrs. But from now on i just can refer this brand to someone.

The handle of my jaguar diverter comes with a 10 year warranty. There is a breakage in the handle. On contacting my dealer, he told me that the repairing is chargeable although my product is still in the warranty period. Please get my complaint resolved as soon as possible. My complaint number as per my dealer is 560843. I had also sent the mail to jaguar but there has been bo response from their side. I hope you will consider the matter seriously.

I have jaguar bathroom fittings in my all the bath rooms. However, there are problems of very less supply of water through the various taps. More so, some points are also leaking. I have not allowed to touch the bath fittings by any local mechanic cum plumber. Therefore, may i request you to kindly depute a rep to look into the problems. I have purchased/installed the bath fittings about a year and half back. These problems have been attended your representative earlier too.

There is a problem in backside bathroom tap.Actually it was not first complaint. A month before I also complained and mechanic home .I said to him to check all taps but I think he didn't .so that's why there is problem again. I hope you will solve it soon .

Jaguar products are good just for names... Reality check - it breaks, it leaks, it creates mess and only problems... And when called to service centres, reply is awesomely annoying... Deeply regretting for buying jaguar products... Plz plz plz everyone, plz dn buy this product. People there are just to fool us.. What u give 7 years warranty for when u have to charge for everything.. Sab bakwaas h
