Jaquar Bath Fittings — terrible after sales service

I purchased jaguar bath and geysers last month. From an authorised showroom in gzb. As my plumber was unable to resolve the overflow of the cisterns, he asked me to call the jaguar customer care to get this looked into. I placed the complaint and waited for 72 hours (Time given for the service call to be executed). I then saw that they had sent me a sms a few ours prior stating that the complaint was resolved! So, i called their customer care and their service engineer (If i can call him that) showed up after another 3 days!! 6 days!!!
When i told the service engineer that i was also having issues with the jaguar geysers i had purchased, he said that there is a separate team looking into that and that i will have to place another complaint call. As it was already late saturday evening, i had to wait for monday (As the call center is shut on sundays!!) to place the complaint. I reminded them that i do not want to wait another 72 hours for this to be resolved! So, i get a call the same day from some service center asking for what the problem was. After explaining, he tells me that he will have this transferred to the geyser team. I again request him for an early resolution and he says he will. The next day, i again receive a similar call an i again explain the issue to him on the phone. And again no one showed up. So, when i call after their promised 72 hours of being provided service is over, i am told that they will send someone the next day. When i call late afternoon yesterday (4th day) to inquire, i am taken on a concall with the area service center incharge who tells me that the concerned technician was off and hence my complaint could not be attended. However he said he will have it looked into today (5th day) before 12 noon. So, at 3.30 pm today, when i again called the call center to inquire, i received the same standardized and unrepentful "sorry sir. I will have this escalated and you will get the service on priority". Still waiting for their call or their technician to show up! Jaguar does not care... Appalling and terrible service standards. Shame on the company and the people running this premium brand!!!
