Jaquar — Bathroom glass partitions

Respected Jaguar team,

We bought all fittings from Tropical Cochin the brand of jaquar because of quality and design.

They fixed our bath glass partitions and from the day one it’s start to leak. We complaint many times to tropical and there is no action.

We are staying in abroad and we came back on last March and contact tropical again. They given jaquar concern guys no and we contact someone they send one guy to check and they fix plastic end track which they forget to fix when they fixed.

Water still come out because of their poor fixing and they realise that, they wrongly fix the glasses.

We bought jaquar because of good brand in Indian Market but we never expect very poor service from jaquar.

We are going back end of this month before that you have to arrange someone to sort out this issue.

We are waiting from you immediate action on above complaint
