Sir,
I purchased jaguar, s faucets and other sanitary items from co's authorized dealer: jain sanitary stores sec 7c madhya marg chandigarh on dated[protected] with co's 10 years warranty certificate for my new house but these sanitary items were fitted in oct 2015 later after completion of construction work of the house. These 3 faucets gradually got discoloured & rusted in 2018. Complaints were filed online with co's customer care no.[protected] twice with service call ref nos. (Complaint id): 00298074 dt[protected] & 00347191 dt 9-4-2019 and was assured of replacement of defective items but no action taken till date despite reminders. Complaint also was filed in 2018 (Detail not available), then the co's technician visited my house and took snapshots of rusted product to further initiate replacement process but no response thereafter till date.
