[Resolved] Jaquar — commode | |||
We were using jaguar products from last 10 years. But now i am completely unsatisfied with the jaguar commode which i had bought 2 weeks back. From the outlooks there were no cracks on the prodoct. However, while fitting it to the wall there was cracks arround the fitting area. A piece almost the size of a hand broke out from the commode. When i contacted the dealers they said they can't help us. I seriously got a really bad response from the dealers. I have paid arround 15k for the product for no use. There was nothing wrong with the plumber part and if the company thinks so, then please do send a technician to check the status and please do take necessary action against the delear. The dealer promissed me that they will send a technician today morning and they didn't do so. Dealer name - sharavathi ceramics Address. Sharavathi complex, llr road, shimoga - pincode, 577201. The sensor of the wash basin tap is not working and we have complained 10 times and they charge us everytime and its never working properly. And please be fast with the service this otherwise we have to take actions against you. Kindly be fast with it.
