[Resolved] Jaquar — complaint # 917136 | |||||
Lodged a complaint on 24-nov'17 my issue is not been resolved, but i have got 2 sms stating that the issue been resolved (One on the 28-nov & on 29-nov) how come without resolving the issue you are blindly sending sms..??? My main complaint is the technicians are not willing to come according to our convenient time, if they have an appointment in the nearby area they w'd come & attend it seems. This what been updated by the technician...!!! Surprising customer service..!!! Technicians are rude & unfriendly.
