Jaquar — Defective WC system

Purchased 2 wall hanging WC on 21 June 20
On installation it was found that the push button ring smaller than the hole in the cover of water tank when you pres the button the ring with the button goes in
Made complaint on 24 June
The mechanic took the push button system with the assurance that the same will be resolved on a day or so
No come back from your your service department until today
On contacting one mr Mithun who being as casual as one can be want more time to find out the problem further tooo arrogant to be in in customer services
While buying these prudcts the dealer assured me re after sales services are the best of Jaguar vs others
But unfortunately it is turning out be other way around
I am very disappointed
Can I request you to please resolve the issue asap since we can not use both washrooms
