Hi Team, We have ordered a shower enclosure (Kristtal trend, 1080/1000*1020) from Bascho sanitary appliances Sopore, Jammu and Kashmir 193201. Your representative Sher Singh has put us in lurch which is highly disappointing. We have no heard from him since last 20 days and now he has stopped picking up the calls as well. We have always trusted Jaguar with its quality and commitment but unfortunately this has been a terrible experience. We request you to confirm the status of the order as soon as possible. Address is New Iqbal Nagar Sopore, Jammu And kashmir. Sales representative initially gave us regular updates and promised delivery a week back. Now it has been twenty days since we ordered it and there is no news. He is not picking up his phone, neither bascho sanitary dealer in Sopore is helping. Please assist.
