I, purchased above said model ele. Water heater at sri jaya durga ceramics, old gajuwaka, visakhapatnam-26, on 14/07/2018. Since beginning, water not getting heated proparly & giving ele. Shock when switching on the system. House ele. Wiring checked and found healthy.in this concern, pl. Check and rectify the problem. Here with attaching the bill copy for your reference.
