We purchased a geyser and safety valve was faulty. We raised a complaint and the company didnt replace the faulty part for 2 months. After 2 months the customer service person came and said that the part which he has received is wrong one and again the washroom is non usable as he has kept the geyser on floor.
We have not used the geyser for single day and jaguar is not ale to resolve the issue in period of 2 months.
