I am Akhil Redkar from Goa, facing a hairline crack on my sanitaryware product number SLS-WHT-68 SLS which is under warranty. Mr. Pratik has been regularly servicing my taps for almost 5 years and he has never told me not to use white cement and all. Now when it comes to replacement under warranty you people are removing faults and ignoring me. Then what's the use of spending so much money on your products and what's the use of warranty?
Or else you should keep your assistants or masons to fix your products. Anyhow i want replacement of this product or i will take this matter to consumer forum if you people are cheating the common persons.
