Jaquar — improper functioning of concealed cistern and leakage in basin mixer | |||
I bought bathroom fittings and sanitary ware from jaguar showroom, gorakhpur. During the time of installation it was found that the water is not flowing in the cistern tank and there is a leakage from top of the basin mixer. Despite repeatedly complaining in the customer care since last 5 days, nothing has been done till date. I have been speaking to the customer care executives consistently list last 5 days on a daily basis. Poor and pathetic service. A complete case of ignorance and poor management. My basin tap is not functioning properly. It is not getting closed as a result, there has been loss of water due to deformities in the tap. Urgent attention is required.
Unable to get water through the tap.we have tried getting this resolved with local plumbers but the other fittings are working great apart from this one tap. Since a month we have been trying to get this fixed. Please send a technician.

Spout and tap is not functioning properly.As we start handshower the other things stop working and every nw n then tap comes our of wall and also spout button is not getting locked properly
