Jaquar — Irresponsible behaviour from jaquar service center | |
I am Shiju athomas([protected]) I have registered one complaint regarding that one of my wash basin having a air line crack on the under side. One technician came and took some photos of wash basin and purchase bill and he said that he will inform the feed back. But there was no further action. Again I registered another complaint on June 10 and I got an complaint register id 00596544. I got a call from your technician and he said because of lock down he can't come right now, he will come afterwards. Even after that nobody came to attend the complaint. Then I directly went to the jaguar service center at Deshabhimani junction, Kaloor. After that one technician came and took some photos of wash basin and bill again. After two days I got a phone call from the same office by saying that they can't replace the item because the shop that I purchased the item is not authorised dealer. This is not a costumer concern that whether the Shop is an authorised one or not. So I request you to please rectify this problem as soon as possible.
