[Resolved] Jaquar — jacuzzi not working | |||
I had registered a request with Customcare on 14 August 2017 for My Jaguar Jacuzzi not working. No response received within 72 hours as promised by Customcare. Thereafter I submitted three reminders on 17, 20 and 22 August with Customcare, every time escalating the level but till date I have not got even one response from concerned team. Every time one has to explain the whole issue to the agents, who do not even care to read what has been recorded earlier. ( presuming that something must certainly be recorded by people who take calls) Can some thing be done or I must approach consumer forums for remedy? Was this information helpful? | |||
