We are running a commercial gym parlor and spa centre. We are mundhada family. We installed steam bath by jaguar because of name and fame. The installation took place around march 2016. The bill was raised on 22.2.2016.. We actually started using it from the late months of 2016 or early 2017.. This was because we could not finish the spa room properly. We used the same steam bath only twice or thrice and sth went bad and we stopped using. The dealer who had taken our order was informed and he lodged the call to service centre. They came and said that there will be some expense. We were not ready for the incurred expense and hence writing to the company. There is a fault in installation of the same. The product which we bought is under ten ears or life time warranty. Would your company please look into the matter seriously as the complaint was lodged three to four times but nothing concrete happens. Needs proper utilisation of the product which is so beautiful.
