We had purchased 6-Nos Wall Hung water closet Model No 959S with Seat cover and 2 Nos 13257 Urinal From Jaguar Dealer in Chennai Thro' a company by name J M Bath Solution thro their Invoice No 1464 dated 07.03.18. In the above complaint i was informing the same and i had a problem ' 959S water closet could not be fixed by me due to variation in distances between in and outlet of the closet. It should be standard distance as 135 mm but available as 160 mm', Before the issue could be sorted out by M/s Jaguar, the complaint no was closed say it was sorted out. Further the urinals was supplied without accessories so i am not able to fix the Urinals. I am a Voluntarily Retired Civil Engineer and regular user of Jaguar Sanitary as well as LED lights to my clients. Restore the complaint and sort out my difficulties in using your fittings. Even though it was inspected by the Jaguar Team on 30.04.18, there seems to be no progress in this regard Was this information helpful? | |||
