Jaguar - Poor Quality, Terrible Service and Unethical Practices. I want to bring to your attention to very poor service and unethical practices by Jaguar. I really regret buying Jaguar products. Not only the product quality is horrible and after sale service is even more terrible. One has to keep chasing their call centre. In case you are trapped by buying their products then be prepared for defunct operations and everlasting leakages everywhere. I also caught them to be very unethical. If you ask service centre operator to escalate the complaint, they would simply transfer call to their own colleague at same level. I caught them today (5-May-2018). On top of that I was promised that my issue shall be resolved by 6-PM on 5-May-2018. But nobody has cared even to attend to this complaint. I strongly recommend - Never buy their products. In my case, the complaint was lodged vide Ticket# 00359173 on dated 25-Apr-2018. But no one has attended to this till date. The concealed tank is leaking since last month. Earlier, the complaint was lodged vide Ticket# 00340158 dated 19-Apr-2018. When Engineer visited, he did some workaround. Seeing this, I told him that it shall not work. And within four days it again started leaking. So again had to call service center. Then I had to call service centre again Ticket# 00359173 on dated 25-Apr-2018. Terrible after sales service. Nobody responds and attends to the problems once we have purchased their product. Rude and arrogant dealers as well as employees.
