Jaquar — very poor services | |||||
We are the valued customer of jaguar from last 5 years. But when ever we are registering the service complaint it was not being attended on time. When after visit of the service adviser they do not have the spare parts available with them, they always took 15-20 days to resolve the complaint which is not tolerable. Hence we are not satisfied with the jaguar services. Kindly improve the service quality. Our last service complaint number was 01142980 registered on 20/12/2018 which is still pending. My bathroom tap is not working. I am calling customer care from last five days but it answers all executives are busy. There is no alternate number given.
