Inspite of following it up with your call centre, service manager, area manager, regional manager my complaint remains unattended due to unprofessionalism and carefree and irresponsible attitude from jaguar team. Following it up since 8months. Holding all records on email, voice calls, complaint nos to build a case. This complaint is an other try to see if i can be heard. Awaiting...
