I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services my wife received at your new opened franchise in Rourkela, Odisha and the lack of response to my concerns. On 3rd Nov’24, My wife came in for hair smoothening, and unfortunately, the outcome was far from what we expected. The quality of the service was poor, and it did not match the agreed-upon results. Her hair has become worse after two days of the service.
I reached out to your team on 7th Nov’24 to report the issue and request a resolution. They checked the hair and photos, told us that they have sent for inspection to head office. Post that they agreed that the fault is on their part. They used two stylists during the process, one of which was very new and had least bit of experience. The store has been making me wait for a resolution and are deliberately delaying as well as not responding to my calls now. This lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is extremely disappointing.
As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to both the quality of service promised and a timely response to any concerns. I kindly request that you address this matter immediately and provide a satisfactory resolution. Was this information helpful? |
