[Resolved]  Jawed Habib — FRAUD- QUALITY OF SERVICE

I have used services of Jawed Habib Salon while in Pune and was very happy with them. I am not based in Guwahati. I thought to avail a Snapdeal offer for Jawed Habib in Guwahati. However i must i have been terribly disappointed and insulted by the owner of the franchisee. I had taken an appointment for all the services in the offer for 11 o clock. I traveled 18-20 Kms from Amingao to Fancy Bazar to avail them. When i reach there i am told the beautician is not present and i can only get the hair services done as only the hairdresser is present. After this the next day when i try to set up another appointment and complain to the owner she in turn insults me only by saying that "If her beautician is ill she cannot help it and i should have got the facial done by the male hair dresser himself. She also tells me that this option was offered to me when it was in fact not. Moreover i would like to know in which parlour do they offer females to take facials from male beautician.

And on top of that instead of apologizing she yells at me in very loud voice saying that so what if i am the customer i should understand. To finish of she says that she will SMS me tomorrow what time "they can see me/give me an appointment."

I would also like to add that while i was there a couple of customers came in and they were also complaining and whenever they come beautician is not present. Before i could communicate this to the owner she hung up on me.

Hi, i had gone to javed habib center in rajendra place, delhi 2 times. Both times I experienced worst behaviour of their owner and worker. I will not suggest anyone to go there.

Visited jawed habib hair cutting saloon situated in Msx mall greater noida. All their barbers are worst than grass cutter. They dont know even an iota about hair cutting. Its seems these people recruits these Barbers from roadside. You can get much Better hair cutting from Local saloons at one fifth of price.

I visited Jawed Habib saloon, Boring-Road, PATNA on 28th November, and took the PRE BRIDAL PACKAGE for my relative. I have been terribly disappointed and insulted by the owner of the franchisee. I had taken an appointment for all the services. I traveled 50 Kms to avail the services of JAWED HABIB.
Spent around 5 hours there and the quality of service offered was terrible. Be it the waxing part which was finally done after repeated 5 steps or the threading part.


There was a cut on both the eyebrows and then the justification we received was that - rashes comes and again the beautician told that Customer did not keep the eyebrow fixed. NOT TO FORGET that it was a BRIDAL package.


And on top of that instead of apologizing she yells at me in very loud voice saying that so what if i am the customer i should understand and all these i am doing because i do not want to make the Payment of 6000.


Since i am a regular visitor of JAWED HABIB in Delhi, i assumed that the services will be Good at all the places but JAWED HABIB in PATNA, BORING-ROAD is Horrible. They take the customer on a ride.

I visited jawed habib recently and had worst experiance ever i went for hair spa for my hair and they charged me around 1600 it is not so worthy they didnt even blow my hair completely m not satisfied if any one wants to go for hair spa in jawed habib pls dont go it is waste

I went to Jawed habib parlour Ranchi!!!
I had a v.long hair and I told him to get it cut short till my shoulders as my hair was getting rough and to my surpurise he ruined by cutting whole lot of my hair and told me further I wud hav cut dem mre bt left as u might hav nt liked cutting so mch hair..
I was really pissed off by their response and would never ever visit again and would never suggest..
You should always know what customer wants evn i[censored]r style suits him or her not, , , customers accent is must..

I am habibs membership card holder as i was impressed with the service . But suddenly the service quality has been decreased a lot . New recruits are untrained and eye brow even couldn't be done properly . Mostly there is not staff available except one or two . Today i went there for full face theading but due to untrained staffs i caught rashes on my face . Please take action on priory . My name is debapriya chatterjee .

They do not deserve a rating!They provide the worst quality of services at the highest possible rates.I got my hair smoothened in belgaum on 3rd March, 2016.When I washed my hair after 3 days as instructed, my hair turned very dry and frizzy!I called up the stylist Nadeem and all he told me was to do some home remedies!What did I pay the fraud for then?!!He charged me Rs.2500 only for treating the crown portion of my hair.I got smoothening done a couple of times before at other parlours only for Rs.1000 and never faced a problem. I called up the customer care and got the operational head Venkat's number.He promised to solve the problem and never responded afterwards!!This is the attitude of their senior staff!I made about 20 calls in just 5 days to Habib's customer care but in vain.I'm sick of waiting for a response from them.
Never ever trust the brand of Jawed Habib's!!They are the most fraudulent!!

I got my hair coloured and the colour is now fading away.. it's not even been 5 days that I coloured my hair 😶
