Jaxtakart — bad customer feedback and bad behaviour | |||
I had already complain regarding my issue but again i am writting this complain because they are not solving my problem and are not willing to take back there product. I order (Order no 279503) redmi 2 prime battery model no bm44, but they send me the battery of redmi 1s and when i complain about it they are saying that both are same use it, but my point is i must get the product that i order and there return policy also state the same that if the product is not as per original they would take it back. Then why are they denying now. They are trying to fool customers and nothing else by simply giving false return policy. I just want to return the product and want my refund or if they promise me to provide a good quality original battery (Bm44) that i ordered, i would go for replacement too. Order no.- 278298 micromax mobile battery s303 26/09/2017 and yours product recieved in 09/10/2017 . but your product not match in original product. aapne delivery express charge bhi liya h. pls solve the problem .
