Jaxtakart — issue of purchased battery for lava iris 458 phone I had ordered to jaxtakart for a battery of lava iris 458 phone on 3rd august 2019. Mentime i received a call that same product is not availble and we r sending another battery of same price, after a long time on 29th august i received a parcel with poor quality headphone. Promptly i have sent a mail to jaxtakart customer care but not received any answer. I have sent so many reminders also but no received any response. I have tried phone also but phone line always busy. Finally i have returned received parcel with original packaging to jaxtakart by dtdc courier and and demand for return my money.
