Jaxtakart — order 332805 not shipped. want to cancel the order and refund.

Having read so many complaints of online buyers of cheating, it is a proven fact that this Jaxtakart is a forged online service provider company and the concerned authorities should take a serious action against its owners, and redress the grievances of the victims to whom this company has cheated.

I ordered Samsung galaxy grand max 7202 ordered number 454548 Battery on 23/07/2018 but still the item was not shipped. Also unable to track or cancel the order. I paid charges extra for express delivery too.

Customer care numbers and emails are non-responsive. Already sent emails and complaints many times to cancel the order but no response.

This is my first experience with Jaxtacart and worst online shopping website I've faced. Going to lodge complaint against the website if no response received within few days.

Already bought the Battery in direct store. So I want refund only not the product anymore. By reading the reviews of your websites it seems fake product website.

People new to this website beware before ordering.
