I was suppose to be a victim of Savannah Project by a real estate agent ( Nilesh Mishra, I don't know whether his real title is "Mishra" or not, might have changed for the time being to become more close to me as my title is "Mishra" because these real estate agents are Thugs ) but some how I escaped. He made innumerable calls to me for a sight visit and booking but after getting feedback from IREF about the reputation of JC Homes, I decided to call of my plan for JC for a cheaper price, instead decided to focus on reputed builders such as LODHA, Rustomji and Kalpataru even ok going to suburbs.
