I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Jeeves (installation service provider) regarding poor service and deficiency in fulfilling their installation commitment for my order (Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected].
The installation was scheduled for 28th April. However, the assigned technician did not arrive at the scheduled time. I made several attempts to contact him, but my calls went unanswered. Subsequently, I noticed that the appointment had been rescheduled without any prior intimation or my consent.
This reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. The absence of communication and unilateral rescheduling has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
Despite trusting the service provider and allocating time for the installation, the service was neither delivered as promised nor handled responsibly.
I request the concerned authorities to:
Ensure that the installation is completed immediately without further delay.
Take appropriate action against the service provider for deficiency in service.
Ensure that such incidents do not recur with other consumers.
I hope for prompt intervention and resolution of this issue at the earliest.
