Dear Team,
I would like to bring your attention to an issue regarding the installation service for my recently purchased AC.
I purchased a MarQ by Flipkart 2025 Model 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter (5-in-1 Convertible with Turbo Cool Technology). The product was delivered on 28 April 2026, and installation was scheduled for 29 April 2026.
The assigned installation partner, Rijvan Khan, contacted me but behaved unprofessionally. He did not visit my residence and declined the installation without providing any valid reason. Instead, he suggested that I get the installation done through a local vendor.
I informed him that we were ready to coordinate, as my brother has knowledge of AC installation, but he still refused to proceed. I am not satisfied with this experience.
I request you to:
Arrange a different technician for installation at the earliest.
Clarify whether the product warranty will remain valid if I proceed with installation through a third-party/local vendor.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a resolution at the earliest.
