Jeeves Consumer Services — Installation Service

Purchased a television on Flipkart. Flipkart partnered with Jeeves for Installation. Jeeves sent a technician for installing TV and sold a stabilizer for new TV at the price of 2200 rupees. After payment we asked for a bill. The technician is not giving the bill and just went off. How can a technician sell a product without a bill under the name of Jeeves. When raised a complaint on Flipkart, t redirected to Jeeves. When raised a complaint on Jeeves it is again redirecting to Flipkart. When searched on Internet the stabilizer is worth of 750 rupees and they sold for 2200 rupees.
