Jeeves Consumer Services — mobile tech visit not happen twice | |||||
I purchased a mobile through flipkart online service. It is a defect mobile. As per the process, jeeves company doing technical visit. First time technical visit completed but he did not submitted any report to flipkart. That tech visit person asked me that he will take the mobile to shop and do the repair and give it back. I objected that option, because it is a new mobile. Again flipkart arranged 2nd tech visit, for that jeeves shared tech visit person details, but later they reported flipkart that i re-scheduled the tech visit. Because of that i need to re-request again and again. I frustrated a lot with jeeves service, that they are giving wrong information to flipkart. Nodoubt that seller "trunet commerce" through flipkart, is belongs to jeeves company. Because of that they are giving wrong information.in this scenario, flipkart also not able to take action against jeeves. Iam so shoking that these many problems we need to face, if we got a product is defect through flipkart. I can say one thing that please do not buy products from truenet commerce seller, because there are lot of complaints i have seen, after i faced the problem. I am purchase one plus nore bud from flipkart I recived defective product. I generated replacement...In this process one step is tech visit. Flipkart gives me msg for tech visit jeevs technician but A month log period jeevs technician gives only farcation of second miss call and reject my replacement 5 times without any contacts.I am complaints many times from flipkart but nothing is happen...I attach sms screenshot. I am try to call 200 times for technician given number but every time call is rejected.
