I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue with my 43’’ VU television, purchased on December 8, 2021, through Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected]. Along with this purchase, I also opted for a 3-year extended warranty from Jeeves who is in partnership with Flipkart, on December 11, 2021.
In mid-2024, the TV began experiencing issues, such as a blank screen and no audio while running. I contacted Jeeves for service, but the experience has been far from satisfactory. Here is a summary of my experience:
First Repair:
A technician visited after three days and identified a display issue by merely inspecting the TV.
The TV was picked up after a week and took almost 15 days to repair.
The entire process lasted a month, but the TV functioned for only 15-20 days before the same problem recurred.
Second Repair:
The same process was followed: diagnosis, pickup, and repair, which again took over a month.
Unfortunately, the issue reappeared within two weeks.
Third Repair Attempt:
This time, the technician visited after two weeks and claimed the issue was resolved, only to close the case prematurely.
After I reached out again, Jeeves reopened the complaint, but it has been no any technician visit has been done till now in almost 2 weeks.
Given that the protection was valid till December 11, 2024, I am concerned that Jeeves deliberately delayed the resolution to avoid addressing the issue under warranty. Regarding the issue I talked to flipkart also, but they denied for any help in this matter.
Please take the necessary actions to resolve this matter.
