I am contacting you to inform you that no technician has ever visited and the claim is still open.

My parents stayed at the house and were home the entire time. They received no calls from any technician ever. I get messages from the Jeeves support that the technician has visited since the 24th of April, which is not true.
My parents contacted the Jeeves support and phoned several times, and confirmed that no one visited. It has been over 10 days, and yet there has been no action, no service, no repair.
Kindly look into this.
