Jeeves — Regarding non-compliance: installation of an e-bicycle

I purchased a e-bicycle from Flipkart and the same was delivered to me on 03.05.2026. The installation (via Jeeves) was supposed to be done on the next 2-3 days. But till date, no one came for the installation. In the morning, they text me the name of the "technician" who would visit but at the end of the day, they text me that "The technician tried to reach me, but I was unavailable", which is completely false. I lodged complaint to Flipkart several times, but no resolution is achieved.

I have to return the item unwillingly now as there is no other option.

Note: I have come to know in this portal that this agency "Jeeves" is highly unprofessional and has poor service as lots of individuals have lodged complaints against them in this portal. So, I request you to take strict action against them.
