Issue:
The washing machine purchased from flipkart with JEEVES protection plant, now is not functioning and requires urgent service attention. Multiple claims have been registered successfully, but no proper technician visit/service resolution has been completed. The claims are being cancelled or closed without resolving the issue.
This is not acceptable, as the appliance is covered under the active Complete Protection plan. As per the policy, Jeeves is required to provide repair service for the covered product during the policy period, subject to policy terms. Despite raising multiple claims, the issue has not been resolved. Instead, claims are being cancelled/closed without providing actual service resolution.
