Jio — Mobile Recharge not activated | |
I had recharged my jio number [[protected]] for the 599rs plan (2GB/day) on 21st of January 2021 before 9.50Am(my expire time) . I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the Canara Bank mobile banking app showed that the recharge was successful . The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.599(2GB/day) is [protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging .I am a college student and I have Online classes Please resolve immediately. (1.5GB/day) on 23rd of Oct 2021 at 1:18 pm before my expire time 7.00pm. but I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the Canara Bank mobile banking app showed that the recharge was successful . The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.555(1.5GB/day) is [protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging . I am a teacher and it is very sad to suffer even after the successful payment.I have to take classes for the students as per the timetable. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
