Jio — poor internet

Hi i'm a student of nit agartala. Here in the campus we dont even get a stable internet speed of 500kbps. The network is very slow that even a google search result gets timed out. When i contacted the jio helpline they told me that the issue will be solved but they can't give an assurance when it'll be solved. Using jio 4g is like being on a 2g network. The jio 4g company is cheating the users by giving them a so called 4g network with a 2g speed.
