i recharged with the amount of Rs 98 on dated 17th june, 2021 ([protected]) these recharge done in my mobikwik app and it is shown successful but money has been deducted and recharge not done.

I've recharge my Jio number with 199 RS plan for 28 days at 2.45 pm on 15 jul 2021. It showed that the payment is successful but recharge has not been activated even after 4 hours.Ive provided the details below .kindly look into it.

I reacharged my jio number on 23rd july for Rs98 and today(14th August) for Rs 98 through Amazon..The recharge status for both the days are successful and the money is also deducted for my bank account but I cannot make any outgoing calls neither I can use the internet..

I had made an additional data recharge today at 9:21pm for the jio number and it deducted the amount on my jio to jio mobility through upi but hasnt reflected on my jio even after hours. Please recharge or refund the amount. The customer care number did not work amd the chat shows there's no recharge dome recently. Im attaching the screenshot showing the transaction details and live chat on my jio.

I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the phonepe app showed that the recharge was successful. The transaction id for the payment of rs.199 is INX21111710552756483710791. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.
