Jiofiber — Billed annual misleading payment instead of monthly charge

I was making monthly payment for my JioFiber connection which was 470 rupees.However when clicked on pay, the default plan selected was annual and I was charged for annual payment for 5649 rupees. This is misleading when prompting and selecting annual plan by default when a customer is making annual payment.Once done I called immediately for cancellation and refund extra amount and deduct monthly payment, however the agent Abhishek mondel was rude and denied and kept repeating same thing. It seemed like that the agent was high on some substance well.
