I submitted a request for removal of an additional STB on 12/09/2025, but till today(06/10/2025) no one has visited to complete the process — despite multiple reminders and follow-ups from my side. Each time I contacted your support, I was assured that an executive would visit within 1-2 days, but that has not happened. Due to this delay from your end, I was forced to pay the full bill unnecessarily. Now, another bill will be generated on 21/10/2025, and if I don’t pay it, my services will be discontinued — which is highly unfair as the delay is not from my side.
