[Resolved]  Jiofiber — Recharge successful but not activated

Recharged my jio fibre plan (999+ GST) twice on 4th Aug 2021. I got the recharge successful sms but on the my jio app it still shows as no active plans. The recharge history shows up on the 'My statement' tab.
