I am jiofiber customer from last 4 years, recently I relocated to new building in same area and requested for relocation on myjio app.
I prepaid 1200 as service charge.
After 2 days they cancelled my existing connection and picked up device saying new connection will be installed.
Sofar from last 6 days there is no update and customer care support also not responding properly. I dont even can track anything as myjio ap does not show any SR number after cancelling the existing connection.
From last few days I am trying all possible ways to connect with jio helpline to get new connection for relocated request but nothing is working out.
I had a balance of few months plan validity for which I wanted to relocate to shift the balance to new connection as per jio service.
