Jiofiber — Jio fiber connection refund request

Hi,
We have raised a request for new jio fiber installation on 6april 2024. It got scheduled for installation on 8th April 2024.. we have been waited for 4 days then contacted the customer and raised a request for cancellation. Till now there no progress or resolution for the request.

Updated by Thirupathi bandla There is no customer care support number to contact them. Simply they are taking money and they are not providing any services for the customers

Updated by Thirupathi bandla From 15days onwards status they keep on installation status only. I asked them to cancel it and refund
