Dear forum, I have taken Jiofiber connection for my tirupati home, Andhra Pradesh. The sales team of Jiofiber have visited the house and i have shown him the location where we planned to have router and my expectations on internet in terms of installation, speed and area to be covered. He promised everything and collected an amount of Rs 4700 plus and ensured connection will be provided on the same day. There were delays, escalations. Out of all these, after providing the internet connection, i checked and noticed that internet is coming only in 2 rooms. When i complained, the sales team and technical team has communicated that i have to go for extension meter which will cost another Rs 1000plus, for that also there is no guarantee that network is available in all rooms.
My concerns:
1. I already paid for six months and i can't utilise the service
2. Both the sales team and installation team when visited the house has not communicated on the feasibility. Having communicated either during sales visit or during installation, i could have taken a different decision.
2. They made wrong promises .
3. If they keep on asking me for additional amount, my budget do not accept. Please think for how many customers they are doing like this.
4. They are not smooth in handling the issues instead they threaten. If a customer raises concern, they threaten.
5. They have not told me that amount will not be refunded after cancellation. Please suggest how can i have their network with out providing access to me to the internet. Was this information helpful? |
