Jiomart — Money not refunded

I ordered grocery from jio mart on 24th may, first it wasn't delivered but a delivered message was sent. Later when i received the items either they were wrong items or items missing, damaged and inaccurate refund was processed.

For example - no amul butter was delivered but i am charged for it. Similarly society charged was 1 kg but delivered half kg.in total i should get 721 additional refund.

Since 27th may i have called them, mailed them, tweeted about it but no one from their end has responded!!!

In every communication i have sent on email i have explained them on excel why i should get additional 721 back
