Jiomart — Order declined by JioMart but payment not refunded even after 14 days | |||||
Hi I had placed an order on 12th July at 5:12PM and i paid Rs 744.35 for the same. After sometime when i checked the order status i saw that the order was declined by JioMart. There was an option which said "RETRY ORDER". Since i needed the items i had placed the order for, i clicked on that button but then this time i had to pay again Rs 742.04 approx. Till now i have not received the refund of Rs 744.35. I have been complaining to their Customer Service by phone and also through email but till date my money has not been refunded. I even wrote to their nodal officer, CSHead, but even they have not able able to give me back my refund. I have given them the screen shots of 1) The order that was declined by them, 2) My paytm passbook and 3) Transaction ID of paytm. I also spoke to Paytm regarding this but they say that the payment to JioMart has been successful however they cannot do anything about the issue if Jiomart doesnot deliver services. Even though the amount is very less but i dont want to get cheated by reliance /Jio Their attitude and behaviour have been very shameful. I hope you can assist me in my refund.
