Dear Sir,

On March 22nd I tried making a net banking payment to register for the JIPMER entrance exam but was twice rejected by the payment gateway, Bank Of Baroda.But my account got debited with Rs 1, 513.28 twice and still not refunded back. Then I finally made the payment to JIPMER through credit card, which was accepted. When I contacted my bank, Federal bank, they told that from their side the citrus payment was successful on both these occasions so they need a confirmation from the merchant that both these payments ere not received.

I could see that many candidates faced this problem.

Kindly advise what procedures need to be taken to get the refund.

    I had registered for JIPMER 2018 exam. I had successfully submitted all the details and also paid the fees Rs 1211.80 online on[protected], which is deducted from my account, but still my form is showing that the payment is not done and directing to pay.
    What should be done from my end?
    Sir please take necessary action to solve problem.

        I had filled the form on[protected] for JIPMER MBBS 2018 an amount of INR 1513 was also successfully deducted for the same but still my application was unsuccessful and was not submitted . Now how should i go about it and how can this problem be resolved . A quick response would be highly appreciated.

            Sir/mam,

            I had done payment for jipmer mbbs exam 2018 form for my brother through sbi net banking. I had done payment twice (1513+1513) on 24/03/18, both time money has been deducted from my account and payment was successful, after making payment while it will redirect to jibmer site some "site cant be reached error" shown, and in exam form still its showing payment is not done. I request for refund.
            So please help me with this matter.

              I have paid Rs.1513.28 two times on 23.03.2018 through net banking system from my SBI Dharmapuri branch for applying my son Jothieswaran N for JIPMER MBBS application 2018. But the application showed that the payment to be paid till this minute. The total amount (1513.28 x 2 = 3026.56) has not returned to my account. Please take necessary action in this regard and return the amount quickly.

                    I filled the form for JIPMER MBBS Entrance examination form 2018 on March21 2018.

                    My form # 169747.

                    i have submitted the fee Rs 1500 using SBI online banking. SBI has given me a reference # IGADDXQFES for the said transaction. but the form submitting site shows that the payment is not made, can you please look into the matter.

                    and suggest the appropriate action, as the last date for form submission is April 13, 2018.

                          Sir.
                          I had made Jipmer MBBS entrance payment through SBI internet banking for my relative. My payment has been failed two times. First payment was on 21-03-18 and I had got a refund of 1513.28 on 23-03-18.

                          But the other payment of 1513.28 which was made on 24-03-18 was not yet refunded. My bank reference number for the said payment is [protected]IGADEKRIU7

                          And further I had submitted application through debit card payment (friends account)which was successful on 28-03-18.thus I had successfully submitted candidates application.

Since I had not received refund after 12 days i am sending this complaint. Please consider and do needful as soon as possible

                                  I have applied for the examination jipmer 2018 for mbbs course, after filling out the application form (Filled and submitted on 4th april) a payment of rs 1500 was asked as application fees, i paid using my debit card, but after the otp was entered, the website said that the payment failed and application could not be submitted but the money was deducted from my account. Kindly look into the matter.
