Hello sir,

I had made payment through axis bank net banking on 25.3.18. Message flashed that payment successful and money got deducted from my account as an amount of 1513.28.

In application it's still showing that "you have not done payment yet". I got a message that my money 1513.28 rupees has been deducted from my account. But i didn't get any acknowledgement/application form from jipmer.
So when i logged in again it said that my fee is not paid and i have to fill my application again.

Please look into this issue.

    Respected sir,

    Iam jithumon shaju. L had applied for jipmer 2018. But only after taking the printout of the application i recognised that the photo uploaded was without date.
    Now i cannot edit it.

      I applied for jipmer 2018 exam online and did the payment of 1500 on 23rd march.
      Name of the candidate - c prerana.
      User id - 152553
      As part of the online process, i filled in all the details including uploaded the picture and the signature. I also did the payment of fees of 1500. I did not get a acknowledgement that the payment has been recieved. But the amount has been deducted from my account. Need help in ensuring that the payment goes against the exam registration and also need acknowledgment that the registration is complete. Needs to be done asap.

        I had filled the jipmer entrance exam 2018 form for mbbs. But when i did the payment from idbi bank twice through net banking on 22-03-18. Money has been deducted from my bank account but the form is showing incomplete and payment not done. I have the reference no. Of my payment. I want my money back which has been deducted from my account. Kindly look into the problem.

          I am a candidate who had registered for jipmer 2018 exam. I had successfully registered and had also submitted the fees of RS 1211 through sbi internet banking online, but still my page is showing that I haven't done any payment and it's directing to pay the fees.

              I have paid twice from my account while doing jipmer online registration. But each time an amount of rs1500 (Twice) is deducted from my account but it says the application form is unsuccessful due to failure of transaction. My user id is 172798 my query is their any refund system, if so how long will it take to refund my money? Kindly refund the money to my account at the earliest.
              I have paid 3rd time sbi account. From bank message it is successful. But jipmer site it is not reflected. Please refund my 3 times fee.

                    I have registered on 23rd march-2018 on behalf of my son for jipmer ug 2018 and completed the application form details but i am unable to complete the payment whenever i pay the payment fails and the screen shows error. Money has been deducted from my bank account. Since, i repeated
                    Six (6) times from different banks and money has been deducted, the details as follows:
                    1. Sbi-4 times (Net banking transfer)
                    2. Icici-1 time (Net banking transfer)
                    3. Canara bank-1 time (Using debit card)
                    Please help me with the same i want to complete all the application form procedures.
                    Therefore, i request you to kindly help me for the same, so that my son would be able to appear for the jipmer exam-2018.
                    So please send an email or whatever you find appropriate to resolve this issue including accepting of payment and balance to be refund as applicable.

                        I am doing online service business. I have filled two customer jipmer (Mbbs) entrance form on 21st & 22nd of march 2018 and my user id is 156654, and tried to pay using internet banking but after the amount got deducted, the website stopped responding, that is one amount is 1513.80 and another one is 1211.00 total =rs.2724/-
                        And this is system issue because number of other people facing same issue. You can see here :

                        Then bankside and citus gateway also send mail that side is amount transferred successful.
                        None of the customer service representative picked up the phone, so i am writing here.
                        Please resolve and refund the same account. Most of the student used net center. But customer did not the pay the money. So pls refund the amount as soon as possible. You cant reply with in a i will complaint you to cybercrime.

                                    I have filled the application on 23rd march 2018, for user id 177596 using my icici netbanking and after successful payment from the bank, the jipmer online application registration page is not appearing; timed out/error page is returned instead. I have paid twice and both the times the same error is happening.

                                    I have got the screen shots of successful payment pages displayed by bank website but jipmer online registration page still shows as /not paid' status. Please check and advise us to how to complete the payment process and how to get the excess money paid.

                                        Then the jipmer help desk instructed me to pay through the debit card or credit card.

                                        I have tried paying using the card but still it shows as payment not done.

                                        Then again the jipmer help desk instructed me to pay through online.
                                        But now
                                        I have opened my application form, but the obc certificate upload section is not showing in the application form
                                        Where should i upload the obc certificate. The payment gateway is not working at all.
                                        No proper response at all the toll free number is not working.
                                        So many are facing the same issues, but still no response from the jipmer help desk
