I have filled the form on 22nd of march 2018 and my user id is 136481 and tried to pay using internet banking but after the amount got deducted, the website stopped responding,
And this is system issue because number of other people facing same issue. You can see here :

None of the customer service representative picked up the phone, so i am writing here.
Please resolve the matter as soon as possible.

    I paid the exam fees of rs 1211 and this amount is deducted from my state bank of india net banking account but jipmer shows that i didn't made the transaction..
    I tried all means of contact available on internet i tried to call on every phone number i could find on the internet related to jipmer but no one picks up the phone or the phone numbers no longer exists.
    Either fix the problem or please refund my money i am a poor child and this is a large amount of money for me...
    Resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please

        I have paid twice from my account while doing jipmer online registration. But each time an amount of rs1500 (Twice) is deducted from my account but it says the application form is unsuccessful due to failure of transaction. My user id is 168551 and password is 5910410. My query is their any refund system, if so how long will it take to refund my money? Kindly refund the money to my account at the earliest.

So still it was showing amount not paid but i spoke to bank officials and they said your payment was successful. Can you please check and let me know please.

                Ref is made to user id 164832 while going to online payment through net banking the amount of rs. 1513.28 was deducted twice vide ref no. Igaddxxad8 and igaddyhnt9 on 21 & 22 mar 18 respectively but the confirmation letter was not generated stating that ipg. Bobgateway.com took too long to respond. Kindly look into the matter for refund of deducted amount.

                  See here..i have been calling on to your customer care phone numbers and nothing happened...none even picked up the call..thoses numbers are seriously useless.Now please help me out.Your sites have too many bugs.You understand it...its a serious issue..due to certain error from your site..i am unable to submit my form...i need help...not on my issue...but alsofor many people like me...even after having everything correct...after payment phase...my form is not submitted.It is told CANNOT BE CAPTURED.Please help me out of this.

                      This is to hereby to notify to jipmer that I K. SAI KALYAN USER ID-42365 have done my payment of Rs.1513.28 on 21st march 2018 at 15:54 and have also received a message from SBI about successful payment but I was not redirected to the confirmation page and when I again opened my JIPMER FORM its showing that payment is not complete and i even didn't receive any confirmation message in my email id also. I have called to several helplines but no one is receiving. Please i want a positive reply from your side.

                              Initially i have filled the application on 20th march 2018, for user id 162026, using my syndicate debit card and after successful payment from gateway, the page returned to jipmer website was failed. So still it was showing amount not paid, so application is not successfully submitted. So second time, again i used online syndicate account to transfer the amount, but again after amount debited from my account, return to jipmer webpage was failure. So again still it shows amount not paid for application.

                              Amount has been debited twice for application. Now i got stuck with my money as well as i couldn't submit the application as well. Please help to get back my money and let me know how do i fill the application successfully to pay the amount too.

                                Initially i have filled the application on 15th march 2018, for user id 126816 using my sbi credit card and after successful payment from gateway, the page returned to jipmer website was failed. So still it was showing amount not paid, so application is not successfully submitted. So second time, again i used online sbi to transfer the amount, but again after amount debited from my account, return to jipmer webpage was failure. So again still it shows amount not paid for application.

                                But both my credit card and online sbi amount debited for application. Now i got stuck with my money as well as i couldn't submit the application as well. Please help to get back my money and let me know how do i fill the application successfully to pay the amount as well

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I was applying for jipmer 2018 and while making the payment for jipmer 2018 on 17/03/18, initially it showed that the transaction failed. Hence i tried the second time and it was successful. But the issue is that, an amount of rs.1500 got debited twice from my bank account.

                                      I m anushuwa, had applied for the jipmer exam 2018 with application number.92449 but afterwards i realized i have submitted my photograph without the placard.
